Stokesdale Family Care is a unique practice in that it is owned and operated by Jan Daniel, a family nurse practitioner. Jan is committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care and attention. Jan is extemely proud of her practice. She takes great pride in being able to spend as much time as is needed to make sure each person who chooses to use her as their primary care provider feels welcomed and, most importantly, listened to. The number of staff here is small and will stay small. This enables us to truly get to know each and every person who walks through our door.

Stokesdale Family Care is conveniently located in the heart of Stokesdale. We are open Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 12pm  and close daily for lunch and administrative time from 12:00 to 1:00. We do accept walk-ins, however, Jan prefers you make an appointment. If you walk in, you may be asked to schedule a time, or you may have to wait. Waiting causes stress for everyone! So, please, schedule ahead. This enables Jan to give you the time and attention you deserve.
